Global Cybersecurity Group and its affiliates (collectively, „GCS“) are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that you have a positive experience when using our websites and products and services („Solution“ or „Solutions“). This Privacy Policy applies to GCS websites and Solutions that link to or refer to this Statement and explains our treatment of personal information. It also describes the choices you have about how your personal information is collected, used, accessed, updated and corrected. Additional information about our handling of personal information may be provided in the form of offer descriptions, supplemental privacy policies, or notices displayed before or at the time of data collection. Some GCS websites may have their own privacy policies that explain how we handle personal information for those specific websites. In the event that a notice displayed at the time of data collection or a website or solution-specific privacy policy conflicts with this Privacy Policy, the displayed notice or supplemental privacy policy will govern in each case.
Collection of your personal data
When you visit our websites, use our solutions or interact with us, we may collect data, including personal data. Personal data“ is any data that can be used to identify an individual. Examples include name, address, email address, phone number, login information (account number, password), marketing preferences, social media account information, or payment card numbers. When we link other data to personal data, we treat that linked data as personal data. We also collect personal data from trusted third-party sources and engage third parties to collect personal data to assist us.

Access to your personal data and its accuracy
To keep your personal information accurate and up to date, we need your help. We offer several ways for you to access, correct, suppress or delete your personal information:

* Some GCS entities may act or be deemed to act as „data controllers.“ If GCS entities act as data controllers, you may assert your access rights and requests for correction, suppression or deactivation in accordance with applicable data protection laws directly with that GCS entity, as described in the specific documentation for the Solution.
* If you require further assistance or help in accessing, correcting, suppressing or deleting your personal information, please feel free to contact us directly. We will make good faith efforts to honor reasonable requests to access, delete, update, suppress or correct your. Requests will be responded to within 30 days. If we do not grant your request, we will inform you of our reasons.
Your choices and setting your communication preferences
If you wish, we can send you a lot of information about our solutions. You can manage your communication preferences in one of the following ways:
* Follow the instructions in the relevant promotional email from us to unsubscribe from that specific mailing list.

Security of your personal data
We are committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us and to handling it securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy. GCS implements physical, administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We also obtain contractual assurances from our vendors that they will protect this data from unauthorized access, unauthorized use, or unauthorized disclosure. However, 100% security cannot be guaranteed on the Internet and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any personal information you provide to us.
Retention of personal data
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We retain and use your personal information as necessary to fulfill our business needs and legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our resources and enforce our contracts.
Use of cookies and other web technologies
Like many websites, GCS uses automatic data collection tools, such as cookies, embedded web links and web beacons. These tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to our website. This can be, for example, information about the browser type or the address of the website through which you came to our website. The following information can also be collected:

GCS’s websites do not currently recognize or respond to „do not track“ signals. If we do so in the future, we will describe in what manner in this Privacy Policy.
We partner with third parties to display advertisements on our website or to manage our advertisements on other websites. Our partners may use cookies or similar technologies to display advertisements to you based on your browsing habits and interests. You can choose not to have these advertisements displayed to you.

We may provide links to other third-party websites and services that are outside of our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on those websites and any other websites you visit.
Forums and chat rooms
If you participate in discussion forums, local communities, or chat rooms on a GCS website, you must be aware that the information you provide there (i.e., your public profile) will be made widely available to others and may be used to contact you or send you unsolicited messages.
It may also be used for purposes over which neither GCS nor you have any control. Please also note that individual forums and chat rooms may be subject to additional rules and conditions. GCS is not responsible for any personal data or other information you provide in these forums.
Write to us at support(at)lio-coin.com if you wish to request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum. There may be times when we are unable to remove personally identifiable information. If this is the case, we will inform you accordingly and explain our reasons.
Data protection for children
GCS encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. GCS does not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you believe that we have collected personal information from an individual who is incompetent under the laws of your country without appropriate consent, please notify us using the methods described in the „Contact Us“ section. We will then promptly take appropriate action to investigate and remedy the problem.
Consent to the transfer, processing and storage of personal data
Since GCS is a global company, we may transfer your personal data to GCS in the USA, to one of the globally distributed GCS subsidiaries or to third parties and business partners described above who are located in different countries around the globe. By using our websites and solutions or providing personal data, you agree, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, that this data will be transferred to a destination outside your country of residence and processed or stored where different data protection standards may apply.
GCS protects and enables the global transfer of personal data in several ways:
EU-US Privacy Shield and Swiss-US Privacy Shield
GCS participates in the frameworks and principles of the EU-US Privacy Shield and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield (Privacy Shield Principles) and has had its compliance certified. These frameworks and principles have been developed by the US Department of Economic Affairs and regulate the collection, use and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union (EU) and Switzerland. GCS has committed itself to comply with the applicable principles of the EU-US Privacy Shield and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield frameworks when handling all personal data obtained from EU member states and Switzerland.
If conditions from this Privacy Policy conflict with the principles of the EU-US Privacy Shield or the Swiss-US Privacy Shield, the principles of the EU-US Privacy Shield or the Swiss-US Privacy Shield shall apply. Further information on these Privacy ShieldFrameworks can be found on the Privacy Shield website of the US Department of Commerce. According to these Privacy Shield frameworks, GCS is responsible for the processing of the personal data received and therefore acts as its representative when it is transferred to third parties.
GCS complies with the Privacy Shield principles for all transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the liability rules for transfers. In certain situations, GCS may have to disclose personal data at the request of an authority for reasons of national security or to comply with law enforcement requirements. With regard to personal data received and transferred by the Privacy Shield framework, GCS is subject to the enforcement powers of the American Federal Trade Commission.
* Binding corporate regulations of the EU – Controller
GCS’s Global Privacy Program and Global Policies have been approved by the Dutch, Polish, Spanish and other relevant European data protection regulators as adequately protecting the privacy, fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in the transfer of personal information protected under European law.
GCS’s Binding Corporate Rules – The Controller (BCR-C) enables global transfers of European personal information from GCS to benefit from adequate protection.
